Great place with great wi-fi, helpful luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the friendly staff assisted me with a local food delivery on my first stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were chatty. The location was particularly good, not too far from Annecy Castle. The area was nice just off train station and the lake, both old town, and the lake and all.

Room decor feels basic and uninspired, lacking essentials like a minibar or kettle makes the stay less comfortable than it could be!!!
